The costs of the competitive part include the supply of energy within the framework of the Daily Energy Planning, the charges for the surcharge bills (LP2, LP3), the charges for the losses of the Greek electricity distribution network, the charge based on average (Special Account Debit article 143 L.4001 / 2011) the charge of freight representatives for the Electricity Purchase Sub-Account of the Special RES Account. and Σ.Η.Θ.Υ.Α. Interconnected System and Network (Article 23 Law 4414/2016) and the costs of the Sufficient Power Assurance Mechanism (MDE), as defined in the Code of Electricity Transactions (RAE decision 56/2012, Government Gazette B 104/2012), and are determined by the current legislation.

Clarifications

✓ A condition for the customer to receive a discount on time, is to pay off each of his monthly bills on time until the issuance of each bill, and will be provided proportionally but separately to the corresponding bill received by the customerAbout green energy, Protergia after 6 months from each year of electricity consumption at the customer’s facility, will revoke as many of the guarantees of origin (which it keeps in its portion in the register of guarantees of origin) as those corresponding to its electricity consumption customer, submitting the relevant recall request before “DAPEEP SA”, in order to prove to the customer that for the electricity consumed, the same amount of energy has been produced by specific power plants usingRenewable Energy Sources. If the customer requests it, the relevant green certificate can be issued.

✓ After the end of the contract the customer will automatically switch to the current invoice published “Protergia Household / Household N”

✓For those customers who do not pay by standing order, the following is provided:

• & 30% discount on the guarantee for timely payment

• & gradual return of the guarantee paid in case they are consistent in the payment of their billsSpecifically, the first electricity bill issued includes the amount of the guarantee with the deduction of 30% of the timely payment. In case of late paymentof the bill, the amount of the discount, together with any other outstanding balance, is added to the next electricity bill to be issued.

To customers who do not have more thanone (1) overdue bill during the issuance and payment of six (6) consecutive electricity bills, will be refunded an amount equal to 10% of the paid guarantee,by credit to the next account issued and until the guarantee is nullified in case 10 or more semesters are completed.

The provisions of article 8.8 of the Customer Contract apply.
