In case the payment of consumption bills through standing order is selected: 1.1 The 1st bill is paid without using the standing order, by any of the other available payment methods. The payment by standing order takes effect from its activation and the receipt of an account in which a relevant information message will be written,1.2 The Customer will not be obliged to pay the amount of the guarantee defined below, subject to the following: (a) In case, despite the choice of the above method of payment of bills, the activation of the standing order does not take place until the date of payment first account received by the customer, the Supplier may debit to the second account in a row, the amount of the guarantee and the customer will be obliged to pay it within the deadline for payment of this account, (b) In the event that despite the selection and activation of the above method of bill payment, two consecutive consumption bills are not paid in full through the standing order or the standing order is revoked by the Customer, the Supplier may charge to the next consumption bill, the amount of the guarantee and the Customer will be obliged to pay it within the repayment period of this account.
